ABBA!! or should i say BABBA..

Going to a "BABBA" concert and of course i wanna dress up! I'm thinking of the short white tee-dress,with a blue sash.. i have black boots so i'm thinking of covering them with white material.
so looking for any help i can get with makeup ideas!! i'm thinking alot of frost and pale shades. also any ideas for costumes would be great!
