achieve this brow colour

How would i get this brow colour, i was thinking Blonde Taupe/Buttery but dont know if this would be light enough.

I don't know, but it looks like she lined her lips with the same liner.

That is exactly what I thought!

that's a hard guess to make because
a) she's orange
b) that picture has had the levels/contrast/etc. messed with in photoshop or a similar program
c) it may be a shadow. :/

If she's not a natural blonde, she probably bleached her eyebrows too.
I've seen similar results with Omega e/s.

omega e/s and a little bit of fling eyebrow pencil would probably be your best bet for something that would match that hair colour. but like shimmer said, it's hard to tell exactly because the photo's been altered.
