When I was about 5 years old, I was playing with my dad's razor and decided to chop the eyebrow on the right off (right side in the picture). Since then it hasn't really grown back right. My eyebrows are a little uneven, and it kind of annoys me. Any advice so that I can make my eyebrows look more even? or should I just leave them alone? Is it super noticeable that they are uneven?

This is a nice soft look on you.

Your eyebrows look even, they are meant to look like sisters not twins.
I would suggest that you make them a little bit fuller from your arch onwards then gradually taper it to a fine point.

I really like this look also, and the eyebrows look marvelous. Maybe the eyebrow templates that are available by Ardell or Anastasia, would help you get the "twin" look.

if you really want something to help, you could get the Anastasia Brow Enhancing Serum which is supposed help enhance brow hair growth so you could grow the right side back like how you want it.. but they look pretty nice to me!

Sadly no product to date are scientifically proven to help air growth significantly. If such a product would exist, their would be no bald men on earth (at least a lot less

).

Your lashes aren't oddly looking don't worry on it, the advice on the shape someone gave was good too. It can take a lot of time to achieve it tho.
Good luck in your quest for the perfect brows!

Well only difference I see is that you shaded the one on the right side of the picture more, but I'm guessing its cause yoru so worried. Other than that, They look fine! Lovin this look too.

amber lights is such a lovely shade and really complements your skin tone. have you tried hair growth formulas? like the vitamin e ones for your eyelashes? im not sure if its suitable for eyebrow hair but give it a try!
