An improved Romantique?

I have Romantique, a lustre es, and I'm a bit disappointed in it's application. I bought it from a CCO a year or two ago. I've heard of someone else having the same problem with one from there. Lack of pay off, extremely flakey, doesn't stay etc. A few of the girls I work with have it and don't seem to have any of those problems.

Right now I have a mix of Helium/Pink Pearl/Vanilla to make a similar color, but are there any other eyeshadows that are even remotely close to Romantique? I have a Lancome knock-off but it never stays.

I've had the same problem using lustres in the past where they flake and didn't stay on well. If you spray a bit of Fix + on your brush, it makes the lustres a lot easier to work with. I love these shadows but originally thought whoa, clumpy mess. Fix + can fix damn near everything.
