Electra and Carbon, maybe?

I'm not good with silver and black shades, tbh. But, that would be my guess. Also, false eyelashes.

I reckon silver pigment just above the inner crease and it looks kinda like a navy... Hmmmm but you could use crystal avalanche on inner lid, some kinda grey (I don't have any grey e/s) and yes maybe carbon, but with a light hand...
