I'm dying for an invite to the Estee sale in early Dec. I used to go my my friend no longer works for MAC.
If I could swap, buy, beg, dance for one of those invites I'd be an extreamly happy person

me too!!!! I heard it's in Markham.....my cousins GF went one year and told me about it.....i was so jealous!!!!! An employee of my parent's, her sister works at the MAC factory and she gets bags of free stuff every month!!! And she's old!!! So i begged her to tell her sis to pass on the stuff to me 'cuz they said they have too much and barely use any! But if anyone can get passes, let me know!!!

I'm in the Durham region. My DH's boss has a sister-in-law that comes in to do their accounting every week and DH noticed she was wearing a MAC top one day. He asked her about it and she said that she bought it at one of these MAC warehouse sales. He told her that his wife would kill to go to one of those sales (I'm sure DH was thinking about all the money he would save

) Turns out she has a friend that works for MAC and she's going to try to get me an invite/pass for the upcoming one. I'm really excited about it, but afraid to get my hopes up at the same time.

An online friend of mine has a friend that works for MAC and I'll never forget her telling me about how she bought eyeshadows, lipsticks and whatnot for $2 each. Talk about a discount!

Hey I am a Mac artist in Ontario and as far as i know there wont be another sale till next year. They usually only do 2 year and this time they did it in june and sept so we dont think there will be one in dec. We usually get 2 tickets for each day plus the staff gets an additional 30% off ticket. THe sales arent always that great though the last two didnt have much. Good luck to you to get a tick they are good to come by!

I went to the one in June and it was okay. It was the first one I had ever been too, but some of the girls were saying that the previous sales were better. I got a few good deals though. I got a bunch of brushes for $1 each, I picked up the select concealer in NC30 for $1 and lashes were 2 for $1! Lip palettes were $15. I haven't heard anything about there being one in December, but I had gone with a friend who got her pass from her friend who works at MAC in Markham....so there could be one.....

I heard from somewhere, i think it might have been bestbuys.ca that the mac and estee lauder sale is on dec.9-11 but double check it to be sure!

Yeah, the sale is the weekend of Dec. 9th at Markham Fairgrounds. I ended up with tickets for Saturday! YAY!

Someone had a ticket they couldn't use a year or two ago, and was happy to give it to me... but I had no way of getting there on such short notice! (I live in the city, and rely on public transit.)

about the stuff they sell at these sales...are the products within the expiry dates? i'm just curious as to why they would sell perfectly normal, sellable products at such discounted prices!

would it be safe to buy foundation/blush at one of these sales?
