What are you looking for specifically? Trust me, we can recommend you every lipstick and eyeshadow on the market! What do you like, how would you like to change your appearance? If you are not more specific it is going to be harder for us to help you.

^^ I echo that sentiment...and also (I apologize if this is obvious to everyone but me), are you wearing full face of makeup in the pic? It looks like you're wearing at least some liner and mascara, but I'm not necessarily 100% sure on the foundation/blush/powder, because I have some questions about it which could just be the lighting. Right off the bat, without any extra info, the only thing I'd say is clean up the brows a tiny bit toward the bridge of your nose, and use a bit of brow filler to polish up your look a bit.

You're very pretty, BTW.

I'm wearing mascara, a little eyeshadow, black liner, tiny bit of foundation, powder, blush. I would like just like to get the best out of my looks really. I'm not sure about my hair cut/colour and if it suits my face. But recs for eyes, hair and skin mostly I guess. Thanks

All right...well...let's see, for such a natural look, you might want to consider a brown liner, or maybe even using a shadow as a liner for a softer look. The way you have your liner in the picture looks very nice, but it just doesn't seem to "jive" with the rest of your look, kwim? The liner would look great for something a little more geared toward nighttime, where you're going for something less casual. If you can, I'd try and find a brown liner that's got a slight shimmer to it (not gobs and chunks of glitter...gah!) to help pop the blue in your eyes.

What foundation are you wearing? It *could* be my monitor, or even the lighting when you took the picture, but your face seems to be ever so slightly orangey-pink compared to your neck and arms...I'd suggest taking a good look at your foundation and having a close friend help you, just to reevaluate the shade. What may have been a perfect match for you a few months ago may not be so perfect now. Whether you use MAC, MUFE, Dior, Clinique, Maybelline, Revlon, Rimmel, etc doesn't matter...what matters is that the color matches your skin as closely as possible, and that you're satisfied with the coverage and such that it gives you. We can give you a million and one foundation suggestions if you're looking to buy a new one, you just have to tell us what kind of skin you have, what type of foundation you're looking for (cream, liquid, powder?), and how much coverage you want...the ladies and gents of Specktra are amazingly helpful.

For blushes, depending on what kind of color you want, there's a BUNCH of different ones to pick from...I tend to go with pink blush, so I love Dollymix, Pink Swoon, and Pleasantry(LE...

) from MAC, and Panic or Unrequited from Illamasqua. If you want peachy colors, NARS Orgasm is lovely, Lover from Illamasqua, Pinch O Peach, Margin, or Fad Dabulous from MAC are nice too.

Other than that, honestly it's a matter of what you want to do with your face...whether you want to contour, highlight, this, that, the other...but if you ask the question, someone will definitely answer. Also, I'm not so great with hair...sorry!

Hope that helped a little bit!

Thanks! Could you possibly recommend me a liner and maybe some brown shadows? I currently have an estee lauder foundation and I agree with you about the foundation problem. I have quite oily skin which gets worse with the wrong foundation. I have quite a few blemishes. I'd love a really liquidy or a powder foundation that isn't really heavy but still leaves a matt finish with even coverage. Any ideas? xx

Hmmm well for liners, I like Urban Decay's 24/7 liners in Bourbon or Underground would be pretty...maybe Lucky, too, but I've never swatched it on my hand, so I don't know how it would actually come out. As for brown shadows, I think general consensus on here is that Satin Taupe is a must-have...I definitely agree with that, it's a great color. I also really like Sable, Espresso, Era, Cork, Omega, Wedge, and All That Glitters (it's really not a brown, per-se, but it's very pretty).
Finding a good foundation is tough sometimes, and I'm super oily too, so I know where you're coming from...I'm also very prone to breaking out, so I have to be careful what I use on my face, too. I only ever use liquid foundations, and my favorites are Revlon Colorstay for Oily/Combo skin (though some people feel it's too heavy...I don't even notice it's on), MUFE HD foundation (this isn't quite matte, but it's still very nice), and MUFE Mat Velvet, which of course, leaves a matte finish, but not obnoxiously so. A lot of the other girls on here really love MSFNs and Studio Fix Powder foundations, but they don't work so well for me. It's going to be trial and error, but with the three liquids I've mentioned, I haven't broken out from them, so I'm pretty pleased. I do also really love DiorSkin Forever, but it's very expensive, and some think it's a bit too heavy...if you're interested in trying it, I'd see if you can get a sample to see how your skin reacts to it. GL!
