Your store director has to order a personalized code for you to use your Emp. Discount online. If it were the same one for all of us, people who quit or got fired or were let go after holiday could continue to use it, or it could be given away to friends of employees etc. So every employee has to be designated a discount code, and it wont work if someone who is not the employee pays for it or is on the shipping address UNLESS it's a gift, but it has to be purchased by the employee.
