the one time I tried sushi I gagged, and nearly vomited, I dunno- I think it was the seaweed, or the texture, it wasn't the fish... I dunno, ick.

lovejam, I just have to say that Wicked is my favorite musical EVER.
Back to the topic... I work at a sushi restaurant, so I see this stuff nearly every day! I tried the raw fish, and it didn't really do it for me, so I eat the cooked stuff. My favorite roll is the Godzilla Roll (crab salad, tempura shrimp, cream cheese with spicy tuna & tempura bits on top) but I usually scrape off the spicy tuna, hehe.

i looove sushi i had the best sushi at benihana... it had flounder in it. sorry im not too versed in sushi terminology.

I LOVE sushi. I went out with some friends this past weekend and we spent $250 on wonderful sushi (and appetizers)
In case anyone is in Atlanta, the place is called Taka. We had wanted to go to MF Sushibar, which is supposed to be really good, but also REALLY trendy. We weren't able to make reservations, and even though we went kinda early (6:15, they open at 5:30), they had a 2-hour wait. So we decided to go to Taka, which also gets great reviews. It was definitely worth it, I recommend going.
I highly recommend (at any good sushi bar) getting toro (fatty tuna). It's amazingly delicious, wonderful texture. I also like spider rolls, spicy tuna rolls, salmon nigiri, toro nigiri...I like a lot of it, especially raw

oooh I love sushi! (I'm not allowed to eat any until I get home, otherwise my bestfriend would get mad at me, sushi is our thing together) We usually go to this place around the mission valley area called Torro's (I think it's two r's....dont' really remember, but it's the BEST place to eat sushi!). Anyway, we usually order the rainbow roll, craigs roll, san diego roll and hand rolls with extra scallops on every roll. I know it sounds like a lot, but when we go it's usually like 4 or 5 people...so yea. Dang, I want some sushi now!

unagi is great, my fav has to be the tempura-style fried rolls...delicious, and they have spicy sauce atop. i also like philly rolls and spicy tuna are great.
and sashimi is good too, salmon's better than tuna

DO I LIKE SUSHI!!!!!!?? i love sushi!!!! I'm taking my 4 year old cousin to get sushi tomorrow... it's her favorite food! isn't that funny!!! She loves Philadelphia rolls!

We had eel, spicy cali rolls, spartan rolls (eel, cream cheese, avacadoe and spicy tuna on top), and the shrimp tempura roll! They were all soooo good!

My fave is tuna especially when it has avocado in it oh and with the rice on the outside and seaweed inside (can't remember what exactly it is called) and seaseme seads on the outside. YUM
