Anybody farmiliar with the Mod Look 2 palette?

I just got one BNIB in a swap and I'm dying to play with it but I'm not sure what to do with it. It basically has the components for a smokey eye with pink pink cheeks but not much else.

Also, are Stila shadows wet/dry? i can't remember if i asked that at my training.

When the Mod looks first came out, the looks that were shown for them was to use the light shadow color as a wash all over the lid and then use the darker shadow color wet as liner. And then the cheek color of course, lol.

I usually wear these palettes like this and I pair them with either a pink or nude creamy lip.
