How do you use them? I am a NC200 and I am finding that they are basically not showing up on me AT ALL. Do I need a base?
Anybody own slip pink/scene 1?.......

definitely use a base. Slip Pink showed up on me far better than Scene 1. i have tried them over Canton Candy paint and that helps too, but kind of defeats the point since CC is a better pink and putting the shadows on top basically only chances the texture/shimmery-factor. honestly...i swapped those two ages ago.
