I would like to know the quality of the 2 novel twist brush sets
compared to pattern maker basic brush set. I just picked up this patternmaker at CCO and the quality was HORRIBLE compared to the full sz. brushes
(shedding, scratchy texture, etc.)
I had pre-ordered the novel twist brushes, but then cancelled due to patternmaker disappointment...
For some reason the Novel Twist Pro Brush Set looked better in the store. When I brought them home and opened the box, I was disappointed. I'm not impressed with these brushes. They looked fuller and fluffier at the counter. I didn't break open the plastic that they are in and they are going back to Nordstrom.

when you're talking about the plastic, are you talking about the plastic that holds all the brushes or the plastic that each individual brush has?
this is my opinion of the Pro brush set: i haven't experience any shedding yet since i just got them today. but just swirling the 187 on my face, it feels so soft. doesn't feel scratchy at all. it makes me want to get the full size version.
I was talking about the plastic bag that the brushes come in. You have to open the plastic first and then you get to touch the brushes. I took mine back already. I didn't really need more brushes, but the Pro Brush Set looked great at the counter. Anyhow, I did get me some UGG"s. LOL
I bought the Pro brush set and I think the quality is great for this price. I've never tried 187 but the 187LE in this brush set is actually much softer then Pout Airbrush. The other brushes in the set are of the same quality as the one they show in the store.
WOW, I just received my brush set in the mail and I am extremely pleased!! I got the set with the 187 in it. These brushes are all so soft and I love the colour and feel of the handle. Definitely worth the $50! I couldn't stop sweeping the 187 over my hand
I can't wait to put them all into action
But they are drying at the moment, as I swiped them with my little mix of MAC brush cleanser and water
