I know this is an old thread but I'm gonna answer anyway.

I go to a place on 23rd and 6th. It's actually ON 6th between 23rd and 24th on the west side of the street. It's upstairs. I can't remember what it's called but they do excellent threading there. I've been to other threading salons when I go to other places I've found the threading doesn't last as long as it does when I go to THIS place. If you are still here (or if anyone in NYC is looking for a place that does threading) PM me and I'll get the info for you.

When I was there I went to two places. I used to Go to Rita's in Brooklyn... She's on Fulton St near ...I wanna say Ft. Green Pl... or S. Eliot. You can't miss it, it's right on the corner with a huge eyebrows sign. Less than 10 bucks but it is a very small salon and Rita is the only one who threads.

Okay I dug up the info: Ritas Eyebrows Unisex Hair Salon 719 Fulton St, Bklyn NY.

I was living in Jersey at the time, and found my second threader to be more convenient and comfy. Eyebrow Express 140 W 32nd St
New York, NY 10001
(212) 594-5901. Right upstairs from the Path Train , less than a block away from Penn station, and across the street from Manhattan Mall (whatever's left of it). LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whenever I go back and I'm due for a shape up, I go. Once, I went before I even went to my hotel! LOL

Not much left of that mall. I don't even know why it's still open, there are like 4 stores left in there.

Thanks for the info though. I'm always down to check out new threading places. I'm due for a shape up now. Trying to let them grow out a bit. (I got a little razor happy...)
