I have them, Its my baby! When i went to Greece last year i did *try* to straighten my hair however it was so hot i couldn't do it properly because of the heat. I also found my hair was getting damaged from the sun/greek heat so i didn't want to damage it futher by straightening it there.

I hope this is relevent but As for plug adapters it shouldn't be too hard depening on where it is you're going, You should be able to find one that will fit.

If you're afraid about the voltage difference buy an adapter. I just recently went to Greece (try to go to the islands, esp. Mykonos and Thira!!!) and brought an adapter, I believe F is the one.

Any bag or travel store should have a big rack of international converters somewhere.

I travel a lot with hair gear, including into some humid and salty places - just remember to store the iron away from heat and sunlight once you've finished using it, keep it away from salty breezes and buy a good moisture veil for your hair if you're not used to heat and humidity. Redken make a really good moisture mist in, I think, the All-Soft range.
