Anyone tried "Lightshade?"

I've been looking(online) at "Lightshade" eyeshadow, which is part of the Technacolor collection.
Has anyone seen this shade in person, or tried it?
I'm looking for a pale neutral highlight, and wonder if this could be it.
However, an online MA described LS as "sandy beige with silver sparkles", which sounds just like UD's "Maui Wowie."
I love Maui Wowie, but I don't need two of them!
So, what's the word on "Lightshade?"

I saw this one in person. It actually is the lightest color and is virtually clear with a bunch of sparkles.

I bought Lightshade, and I LOVE it. It's not a dramatic color like the rest of the collection, but for my NC 40-42 complexion, it's the perfect light golden beige color for my lid for the "Office Neutral" eye.... or when I want to let my light green eyes POP w/out any competition from bright e/s. I pair it with taupey-brown shades (like Botanical or Satin Taupe) in the crease, and I'm hooked! I haven't found a perfect neutral golden beige shadow like this since Camel...

PS- I apply it over BEiging shadestick to get the effect I desire- a little Mixing medium doesn't hurt either to achieve that perfectly even color pay-off.

there are so many shades that will perform this function...It really didn't thrill me irl at all.
I passed on it.
I really like dazzlelight or shroom for this.
Alas you will only know by trying it yourself...or checking out the swatches page in that forum here.
good luck

It's really hard to beat Dazzlelight IMHO for this type of colour. However, the velvets are interesting textures, but it would be absolutely nothing like Maui Wowie. It's like a matte with a bit of sparkle, not full on like UD's shadows.

I really like this shadow, being an NC15, it's like having a very light tan colour with sparkle on my lids. However, it's a little too dark for a highlighter with my skin tone. I use it as an all over colour.

i passed on it cause it would never show on me..it was just all sparkle...i think on someone lighter complected than myself it would be nice though...

I bought it, and I love it!!! I'm very pale, and it looks absolutely fabulous on me. If I don't have time to make a complicated eye look, than it's just perfect!!

Does it make a good highlighter for brow bones, inner corners?
That's what I'm looking for.

From the comments above, I think it depends on how pale or dark you are. I'm NC35 and while it may be lighter than my skin tone, I wouldn't use Lightshade as a highlighter because of the velvet texture - I'd use a frost or a lustre instead. The velvets would look too matte for me, just matte w/ sparkles. It would definitely look neat as an inner corner colour, though... now I'm actually considering picking it up!

For some reason this color has absolutley no payoff for me. I'm really pale, too, and it just seems pointless. But I think that all the technacolor shadows are hard to work with so it might be me

perhaps my complexion was why it was not thrilling me. I am lt. medium toned and it looked like sparkle, no color for me.
