How do you go about ordering gratis? I went on the gratis site - lancome-gratis.com and it said
Spring Season has now ended.
Fall Season begins August 1, 2008.
If you have concerns with shipping or items missing from your order, please send an email with your order confirmation number to: [email protected]. If items are missing or have been cancelled from your order, they are no longer available this gratis season. Please select alternate products of equal value and indicate them in your email.
Does this mean that August 1 is when I can start ordering? If so, how do I do it? Thanks! =)
