Are any Specktra members good with making layouts/graphics ??

I ask because i just got a livejournal and i have an image/theme that i'd like to create a layout based on. I, however, have no idea how these codes/layouts are made at all - does anybody on here know, or is anyone willing to maybe make one for me, or explain how it's done (i'd love to know)?

Then, edit it to include the image you want...

^^ Try those premade ones, they're so easy to be customised. Back in 2002, customising LJ was a pain in the a$$!
