Are the MAC holiday brush sets as good as the regular brushes?

I read conflicting info on this all the time. Some say the small holiday brushes are lower in quality than the regular brushes and others say there is no difference between the two at all (except for the handles, of course).

I can't decide whether to pick up a few regular brushes now (and slowly build my collection) or whether to buy the magenta and olive brush sets and have several brushes for a lot less money.

Any advice?

I think the holiday brushes are just as good as the fullsized ones...
