It looks fairly genuine to me, based on the 2 pics you've posted. All of my pigments have that clear plastic insert in the lid that kind of falls out when i open it.

Maybe you can ask if they have the box to get a better idea also?

Not entirely sure but the label on the bottom of the jar seems kind of similar to the counterfeits...

This is the picture of the bottom of the counterfeits purchased on eBay.

I'm not really sure BUT I've seen at the MAC Concept Store in Melbourne that all of the labels on the bottom of the jars are either silver or see-through BUT for the silver labels, the batch code is actually "typed" on later.

What do you girls think?
