as a side note, does anyone else dissolve into giggles when a snippet of one of his speeches is put on the news? My mind just turns whatever he's saying into "I'll be back". I feel bad because usually the only snippets we get are the ones on very serious issues.

I think Schwarzenegger's in over his head. CA has a $14B defecit and he's grasping at straws trying to fix it (and save his reputation, at that).
It's frustrating that he won't do what needs to be done to fix the problem, he's only treating the consequences of the problem.
