artdeco eyeshadow base??

i've tried the website but they only list one place in the US (NY to be exact) to purchase artdeco products - and they don't even have a website up yet.

i did a google search and found some artdeco hand treatments available at walgreens...so i'm hoping i can find this artdeco eyeshadow base so many people rave about. has anyone found this in So. Cal? if so, can you please let me know where i can get it?
