Attention MAC counter associates!

I'm a freelance makeup artist. I'd like to know what the requirements are for trying to get on at a MAC store/counter.

apply and interview that is the requirement. having good customer service knowing the brand having the MAC look. know your market. its very hard to get in with mac we just had a hire in my city at my location for all the other locations we interviewed 45 people only 5 made it to the demo part of the interview and not one got offered any type of position its tough.
