trying to upload my own however the imagine is below 19.5KB bt over 100x100 pixels though it says the imagine must be below either of them whichever is smaller though when i try nd load a image below 19.5KB it says it must be 100x100 pixels

Note the "whichever is smaller".

Try to resize again...if you want you can send it to me and I can work with it.

If you have an option where you in the software you are sizing it with try changing the optimized palette (colors) to a lower count. It could change the KB size but the pic would still be the size you want it. Just depends on the format of the pic.
