well it depends on the piercing place, some will do it whenever (even as early as 3 weeks!) but for me personally, i waited a few weeks after her 3rd set of shots (6 month shots) to get her ears pierced. this is because i wanted to be sure she had enough antibodies against tetanus. also, she is still at the age where she doesn't notice her earrings and grab her ears which can cause infection.
