Can anyone in Tampa tell me if any of the stores here take depotted e/s pots?

That's absolutely ridiculous of them. I know the people at the Nordstrom counter in International are usually rude and unknowledgeable (I avoid that counter like the plague!), but the freestanding store is usually good about things like that.

Honestly, it isn't OUR policy...it is corporate policy and something we HAVE to do...They want all packaging original and not tampered with, I don't QUITE understand why bc you still had to buy the e/s to b2m it you know?
If we do take the b2m of a depotted e/s we WILL get in trouble from our manager since it is our policy. I hate to say it, but that's it... The only thing I can say is honestly to e-mail or call MAC about it! THEY LISTEN TO YOU!! You are their customer, you keep the company alive, so if you are not happy about something like this and enough people complain that it is not a fair policy bc you DID buy the product which is the POINT, then they may change the policy.
