bangs and layers?

well im undecided about how i wanna get my hair cute.. but i was wondering... if i choose 2 get my hair cut with like bangs.. what length should they be? bc i have a fuller face thats oval shape.. maybe a side swept bang? and if so how long?

ALSO ..

if i choose 2 just get it layered... at what length should i start the layers?

i have the same face shape basically adn ive found this is most flattering on me:
sideswept bangs parted far to one side cut just above the eyelashes
and layers starting a little bit below the jaw. I get long face framing layers and its really pretty!
