Barbie Loves Mac release date Feb 13!?!?

I went to MAC today and they put a postcard in my bag to promote Barbie and it said "A collection inspired by your favorite idol for all you living dolls! Be in the know at www.barbielovesmac.com In stores February 13...if my memory serves me right, thats a Tuesday?!?!any MAC ma's know the skinny?!?thanks!!

It should be up on website on the Tues, Feb 13. Actual relese date is the 15th but it is always up early in 2 days advance. There have been few times where you had to wait till the actual date to see it online but mostly its the tues of the actual relese week.

the actual collection is scheduled to launch feb. 13, yes a tuesday. The reason for this is becuase the following day would be V-day, so its pretty smart advertising, seeing as how guys would coem in for a gift for thier special love.

i collect designer Barbies, usually only the ones with red hair, but i'll make an exception for this one.

my sister who lives in Ottawa owes me some $$$ and i can get her to pick this up for me at the Pro Store there since there isn't one here in London.....

I visited a MAC counter Tuesday, Jan 23, 2007, and when I asked her what day the collection was launching, she went to her book and said they will start selling it Feb 8 (Thursday).

I live in Florida.

Will this dates be the same as Europe release dates? I HOPE so. I'll be in Paris for v-day, so hopefully will be there to see the colors in person instead of online. Damn the need to open MAC in Belgium!!!!!!!! Someone with info please.

If you are in Tampa, FL,I just called the f/s Store in International Mall and they are launching on the 13th. I called Nordie's in that same mall, and they haven't decided yet if it will be the 13th or the 15th for them.

Okay so I called practically every single MAC counter and store in my area (Markham/Scarborough/Toronto) and they all confirmed that Barbie's coming out on the 13th here!

As well, the unveiling events are on the 11th and I soooo want to go it's insane.

I want that postcard, it's so gorgeous! They didn't have them at the Nordstroms I went to last night though.

And I have to wait until Feb. 15th, 'cause that's when they are releasing it there. Kinda sucks.

i did that rsvp thing for the mac store in valley fair. it's on the 11th w/ a DJ n everything and we can buy the makeup. but they said that the dolls won't be available until the 13th. and their "official date" of opening it is the 15th...

i also went to nordstrom there and they said they wouldnt have it until the 15th..

so i guess their official date is the 15th but i'm buying everything the 11th!!
