OMG! totally feel ya. If I need help with BE stuff I get better advice at sephora. If I am going to BE I know exactly what I am getting already or just to swatch.
I went in one day with my husbands grandmother. I was asking them to show her the foundation, etc. The girl couldnt even match her. It was too light and she looked awful. The girl couldnt even figure that out. They dont know what there doing. No training or anything it feels like.
Mac focus s on customer service. they have too. BE needs to take some lessons!
