Bare Escentuals Queen Phyllis as Highlight?

A friend of mine uses this shadow/glimmer as a highlight for her eyes and it looks so nice, has anyone used it as a cheek highlight as well? Thoughts on this product?

I tried it and I thought I looked like a disco ball (which I don't like), myt friends said it just looked horrid so.... I would'd use it.
