Bare Venus Lipstick Sold Out?!?!

Wow, the new lipsticks Bare Venus & Teddy Babe are sold out on the MAC website! I'm getting Bare Venue tonight.

i wanted to get teddy but eh, didnt grab for it but i did get my VPs and Glitter Liners

Oh, well. I do already have a beige lipstick by NARS, but I wanted to try Bare Venus because it seemed like it would be creamier than my Belle De Jour. Also, pinker.

I'm disappointed, but I can cope.

Bare venus is the lipstick on the model of creamsticks, and cream o spice is also on the model, i'll try to take a picture though

I bet Bare Venus will come back in stock on the site in a week or too. When Texture was released Cockatease sold out really fast only to come back later (and I think they still had some last I checked). Same thing happened with the D'Bohemia pigments too.

Girls....y'all need to grab a Bare Venus l/s if you can. It is the BOMB!!!! I was fortunate enough to get the last one my counter had....yay!!!! I'm definitely going to be searching high and low for a back-up....this is my new LOVE!!!!

I got a Bare Venus!! They still had them at the Bloomie's in Century City, so I got one. Well, I tried it on first, of course.

It's really light, so make sure you have a liner you can use with it. I have Dervish and Spice already, so I didn't buy any new liners. Although I really like the texture of the cremesticks, so I'll probably get one later on when I've got more spending money.

edit: Should I have posted this in hauls? I only got one thing, so I wasn't sure it really counted as a "haul." I hope I didn't do anything wrong.

you know whats really funny i lost my Cream o Spice lipliner ALLREADY, but its almost the same colour Stila no. 1 lip pencil is.. so i gotta get me another cream o spice. thats what i get for bringing a lip pencil to work!

Better?? I swatched them side by side on my hand, and they were the same shade, the only difference is that Blankety is a touch more matte. So yeah, it's better, but the same shade. It's not worth it to have both.

I have the same coloring, and pigmented lips. It looks good, as long as you fill in your lips with a liner beforehand. Otherwise, it is way too light. But, with a liner it looks really nice. I'd use Dervish or Spice.
