Ok, my birthday is less than a month away and I am freaking out about my age. I don't even think it has a lot to do with my age but more about knowing that my parents are getting older.
Anyways, here is a pic of me from last week. How old do you guys think I am? I don't think I look my age, or I am just in denial LOL

Hey girl...don't worry about it, we're in the same boat...I was born in '77 also and I will be 29 on Jan. 31...just three more days of 28 years old, gosh just thinking of turning 30 makes me nauseated. I am still in search of my first wrinkle...

I will be 29 in May (I'm dreading it). I feel like I"m getting "older" and don't want to, maybe its that weight that came on. Plus my parents are in their 60s.. so I can totally relate. I could handle getting old but don't like my older siblings getting old and parents being close to 70.

My mac addiction is definately related to the 28 thing.. I started freaking out last year.

BTW You look great about my age <grin> I like to think of myself as a teen with more sophistication and taste.

Well, it makes me feel a little better that I am not the only one who feels this way. I think I will keep the 29 for a few years LOL.

I'll be 26 on Feb. 8th and even though it's a few years younger then you...I have no issues getting older every year. Age is just a number. I truly believe that.

I didn't have any issues until this year. I think it's because I am too close to 30.

like mr. burns said "it's not how old you are on parchment, but how old you feel" haha. really though, i remember when my mom turned 30...she kind of freaked out a little over it (why i remember this, being only like 4 at the time i have no idea ) but after a few weeks, it didn't really seem to bother her anymore...so manye it's just like the initial shock. you still look gorgeous
