I have never been able to find the right foundation (color). It is either too dark or too orange. I love MAC, but I have bad allergic reactions to the foundations. I have been looking at the Becca Stick Foundation online. Has anyone used Becca products before? Please advise. FYI...I am NC50

The only Becca product I've used was an eye powder and it was fine. I would try Perscriptives, or Clinique as it seems Becca is being discontinued everywhere. (On sephora and on their own site they are selling things to get rid of them it seems) If I were you I would go to various counters and get smaples of foundation in your color, before comitting to a whole bottle. FYI Mally Beauty products are AMAZING!! you can get them on QVC.com Hope this helps!!

Thank you. I will go out and try to get samples this weekend. I hope I can find the right foundation. This is really frustrating. I will post my progress.

I've tried Becca stick foundation and it's okay.
The coverage is really good but it's kinda oily.
I have super, duper oily skin so by the time I would get to my car, it would be sorta shiny.
I kinda smudges alot and doesn't have good staying power.
One of the big perks though is that it does not make me break out like MAC's foundation.

So, I still ordered the Becca foundation just to try out. So, I should have it sometime this week. I went to the department store and tried

Prescriptives: Virtual Skin and Virtually Fresh
Clinique: Superbalanced, Superfit, and Perfectly Real

Everything Prescriptives made me look orange, and the colors were in the Y/O family.

I couldn't find the right color in Clinique Superbalanced. Perfectly Real made me look washed out. I don't know what the problem was there. But, I love the Superfit! I found the perfect color. So, I will put in an update as the week goes on.
