Hello Specktra Beauties. I am Kelsey, and I have been lurking around Specktra for about 8 months now. I have never made a "hello" post. I am 15 years old, and has been loving makeup for a year and a half. I just started collecting MAC since December 08, but I am getting into more and more every week.
