Being brave (or foolish) first EOTD

Here's my first EOTD post. I bought a bunch of eye shadows from Ulta so I could play with some color and decide what I like without shelling out the $ for the MAC that I love.

What I used: Urban Decay Primer Potion, MAC Painterly paint pot, Ulta e/s in Meadow on inner corner of upper and lower lid, Ulta e/s in Sparks on outer corner up upper and lower lid, crease and wet as eyeliner. I also used HIP e/s duo in Flare, the gold side as a brow highlight. CoverGirl Professional mascara in black Sparks on brows also to fill in and add auburn color.

I'd love to know what y'all think.

So far I'm really liking the ones I've tried, and Sparks is my favorite. The colors aren't quite as pigmented as MAC, but they're good nevertheless and don't go chalky on me. I do wish they had some brighter colors but I guess they go with what the know will sell best.
