benefit is great...but

In seventeen magazine they had this coupon for a free benetint lip balm with any purchase off of the website. Well, since I love benefit I ordered a lip gloss and used the promotional code given in the mag. Well lo and behold I get the package and its just the lipgloss. I'm not too disappointed since I'm happy with what I got...but that really irritated me.

You sure you got the code right? well I never used benefit...but their MU and body balm stuff looks nice. Have you tried any of their body balms?

The code was valid cause it was in this months issue of seventeen. I think they just forgot : /. Oh well...I'm not too worried about it, it was just kinda upsetting

nope :[. I checked double to make sure I had it right. Dr. feelgood is DIVINE haha, thats my favorite balm by them. Body so fine is nice too, but I don't like how you have to use the pad thing to apply it

Yeah I dont like ording online that much. I rather get my stuff in person. But yeah what other stuff you use from benefit? I'd like try some of their products.

i was thinking about getting that cuz i subscribe to that magazine too. but not sure it its worth it cuz people were saying it wasnt moisturizing enough for them.

Have you tried calling them? Everytime I have dealt with their CS they have been great!

I think Benefit's CS sucks!

When I called the counter here and asked if they would reserve me 5 Dr. Feelgoods because I needed them for Ebay, the girl on the phone asked her co-worker and she told her and me in a rude way that they had enough in stock! So the girl on the phone got my name and said that they will hold them for me!
Soo I went there last week and she said that they didn't reserved them...I was like Why? and when I paid for 7 Dr. Feelgoods (almost €200!!!) she didn't gave me one singly tiny teeeny sample!!!
I won't shop there anymore, that's for sure!
