Uoma Beauty, Juvia's Place, Make Up For Ever (especially Ultra HD foundation), Dose of Colors, MAC (particularly the Studio Fix foundations), Fenty Beauty, Pat McGrath, Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez, Exa Beauty (no concealer but there is a foundation), PUR 4-in-1 Love Your Selfie Foundation and Concealer (100 shades, and they thought about it), NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, Too Faced Born This Way range, L'Oreal (True Match and Infallible Freshwear), Milani Screen Queen, Revlon Colorstay (Combination/Oily formula only), Maybelline Superstay, Bobbi Brown... Those are the ones off the top of my head.

Eve Pearl, Cinema Secrets, RCMA, Bobbi Brown, and Kryolan all have extensive colour and shade ranges for people of colour. As these brands' shades all have a beautiful deep richness to them, regardless if the undertones are cool, neutral or warm.
Surprisingly and unfortunately, MAC does not have the same feel and quality to their foundation franchises.
