best eyeliner ever for the underlid is ??

Well does anyone knows what kind of eye pencil you can use for the underlid of my eye ?
I guess that anything can do but the thing is that my eye tend to tear a lot.
Reason: I laugh a lot but my eyes give a lot of tears then and when I yawns. Sometimes you have to stay late for work and things right?

So I've tried waterproof eye pencil of bourjois but it doesn't really work good.

Here is another question:
Do you know a good waterproof and smearproof eye pencil?
I have a very good eyeliner (liquid) but you can't use it for the underlid it can for upper. (pity)

I'm not sure that anything that's incredibly waterproof is good for that area, but I've heard a lot of people rant and rave about Fluidlines.
If those aren't up your alley, I've also heard of a trick where you put powder (usually from an eyeshadow) on top of the eyeliner.

I'll assume you're talking about tightlining. UD had a 24/7 liner pencil that's pretty bitchin. It stays on well but in the summer or when its humid, it may or may not smear; otherwise it's pretty good.

I have to give this a try..I bought a MUFE liner pencil but it did not stay put where I wanted it..I tear a lot too..

I LOVE Benefit's BADGAL khol eyeliner pencil..This has been one of my staple items for a couple years now..And one pencil will last you an eternity (well, maybe not THAT long..but, at least a year!). This pencil is smudgeable when first applied, but stays put. In the hot, sticky weather, it's never smeared or dissapeared on me. I love this thing! It's great for water/tight lining too..I rarely use any other black eyeliner pencil..I don't need to!

I agree with everyone who has recommended Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencil. I have only recently found these. Once its applied it seriously does not move. Its the one I have had the most success with.
