Best Staying Power E/l

hey ladies! i'd like recs on which method will produce the BEST staying power for eyeliner--especially on the waterline. thanks for participating!!

-eye pencil
-eye kohl
-kohl power eye pencil
-tecknakohl liner
-powerpoint eye pencil
-fluidline
-an above eye pencil dipped in fluidline
-other (maybe a drugstore e/l?)

All eye kohls disappear from my waterline in a matter of minutes. I use the fluidline for my waterline and it has never bothered me. Nars pencil e/l works well, it's very black and soft.

I've never had a problem with the Fluidline either, I use it like every day AND I wear contacts. It's not eye-safe...but there have even been the odd days where my brush slipped and I painted my eye and still never had anything bad happen, and my eyes are fairly sensitive.

Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero and Sephora Waterproof Liner in Flashy Black....I would probably go for Zero b/c I have some Sephora flashy liners and they are impossible to get off....I have to practically scrub it off...its not fun

Try patting on a dark black eyeshadow on top like carbon and the kohl should stay. I don't have problems with lining my waterline the Kohl dispenses well. The only time i had a problem applying pencil kohls is when the pencil is sharp (eg the way it is when you first buy it). The colour doesn't dispense on my waterline well so i have to soften it a bit and then the kohls will dipense well. hth
