Best staying powers on inner rim?

would product has the best staying power on the inner rim besides fluidlines? I tried the mac kohls but they fade within minutes on me. maybe powerpoints?
any brand would be ok!

The only thing that has any staying power on my innder rims is Urban Decay eyeliner. I use Soot (black).

PowerPoints or Fluidlines PLUS eyeshadow has pretty good staying power on me.

Lancome has a waterproof pencil eyeliner that just won't budge from the inner rims. Try it in store first - it's good stuff!

Powerpoints work fine for me. I use Engraved a lot.

Yup, Powerpoints are my fave! MUFE also makes a nice e/l. The Pearly one is waterproof.
