If you have the Mixing Medium/Gel Base, that will work and it's the best way to wear it without a ton of fallout. Be extra cautious of the MAC glitters since they are not eye safe.
Try patting just a bit of Eyelash Adhesive evenly on your eyelids with your finger. While it's still wet, pat some glitter onto your lids. When I do this, I actually tilt my head side ways or hang it upside down so that no glitter falls on my face while I'm doing this aha! This will hold the glitter ALL day. Try blinking furiously over the sink, or trash or something to get any loose glitter off your eyes, and then you have a super fabulous sparkly eye!
i recently pressed my reflects transparent teal and reflects gold glitter with 1 part glycerin and 2 parts alcohol. this helps with fallout too. and putting a mirror o n the table and looking down on the mirror when applying glitter and pigments.
i use the pro eyeliner mixing medium gel to get glitters to stick - lasts all day. just be careful not to use too much because otherwise it goes crusty!
as above ^^ I use the same mixing medium eyeliner.
I also use MAC's liquid last eyeliner as a base and then press the glitter while it's still tacky. I do this one eye at a time. It lasts me the whole day and I like how I can get some color pay off from the base.
Since MAC glitters are not eye safe it is really not safe for anyone to advise you to use them that way, it is a use at your own risk kind of thing, the best safe thing to do w/ Jewelmarine is apply it on top of a complimenting nail polish while it's still tacky. Looks pretty that way, the possibility of going blind is not cool!
^Yeah and that's the reason why that MAC advises people that it can cause blindness and irritation to the eye area if any of the particles of the glitter gets into the eye. You can use it for nail polish to create a sparkly effect, you can also use it in your hair to make your hair sparkle.
Like they said it is at your own discretion whether you use them on the eyes or not, and it is professionally not recommended for use in the eye area. That said, I still do it from time to time.

Right. I do it too. But I also use a little common sense. I know that some glitters are just too chunky and aren't fine enough to use around my eyes. Jewelmarine kind of falls in that category. It's a pain in the ass to work with really.

You could grab your blowdrier(on the COOL setting only) and blast your eyes real quick to get rid of any extra, sweetie!!!
Sephora sells this little pot of glitter primer. It's acually "sephora" brand. You can find it with the sephora loose glitters. It's meant to use on the face. you rub a little primmer(it's nude in color goes on pretty clear under glitter)on your face where you want your glitter at. works great !!!
I think it's about $8 ........ok, i pulled it out of my kit it's "Glitter Eye Primer" it comes in 0.10oz , in a small clear container w/ black writing.
