Between blankety, brew and barely lit, which one would be better?

Actually, I have both Blankety and Barely Lit. I don't wear Blankety often because it's actually lighter and chalkier than I want. I always put some sort of color-enhancing gloss over it. Sadly, I just got Barely Lit yesterday and it doesn't do much of anything for me.

Okay, I don't know if this will do much good, but the first pic is Blankety. The second is Barely Lit, and the third is a side-by-side comparison of the two (Blankety on the left). Seriously, Barely Lit is almost just a sheer gloss compared what I would consider 'real' lipstick. But that's just me....

I agree. Brew might be an awesome shade for some, but for me (NW 20) it looks chalky and really washes me out. (I can't believe the MA recommended this colr for me.) I was in a rush so I just asked for a nice nude color and bought it without trying it. What I do with it is use it over brighter or darker shades to tone them down. It might be perfect for your coloring though.

I don't have Brew or Barely Lit. I have seen both colors and they are nice. I'm C7 and I am wearing Blankety today. I think it gives a nice nude pink look. The key is how to apply it. I first lined my lips with Plum Soft liner, then with a brush lightly apply Blankety on your lips. Press lips together. Then apply a lipgloss with a brush. I used Gadabout with it and it's beautiful.

barely lit is pretty much invisible on some pigmented lips.
