how long should it take for me to start seeing what results, if any, i'm getting from biotin? i just started taking it and i'm taking 1,000mcg a day but i know of people using up to 3,000mcg a day. i don't know if i should be taking 1, 2, oe 3 thousand...so how long should i wait for the results to know whether or not i should start taking more?

hair/nail growth...it says that's what it does on the bottle. i'm just wondering how long it takes to start yeilding results. i know it's different for everyone, but i want to know how long other people had to wait before they saw results from it..

I thought it might be something like that

It probably won't increase the rate of growth much but will improve the tickness and condition. I started on biotin and calcium supplements at the same time to help my own hair and nails. I very soon got a noticeable ridge of stronger growth across all my finger and toe nails. The effect on the hair is much less easy to spot early on because it's only new growth from the roots that is affected rather than the whole length of existing hair. Keep at it and see if it works, that's all I can say! Things change gradually.

I've been taking biotin for about a month now and my hair has shown a great improvement in growth. AAAALmost an inch since I've s tarted taking it (and I know it's that much because I need to dye my roots

you'll notice it first with your nails, but it doesn't take long at all to see that your hair is growing faster, my roots are very sad.
