blue absinthe

Hi ladies,

could you please show me a picture of blue absinthe and parrot?Are they similar,someone told me that but i don´t know if it is the truth.

There's a topic somewhere in which DopeSickGirl reproduces the Parrot shade using a couple colors, one of the new ones and something else, I think. If you're looking for Parrot you should check into this because she really nailed it!

Blue absinthe is much closer to steamy or shimmermoss. It isn't like parrot imo. Jude did nail a match though. I checked and she used a bluer blue and steamy, and they look exactly like parrot.

IMO, Blue absinthe is similar to parrot, but more green. A bluer blue is also similar, but more blue. I actually think a bluer blue is a much pretty color (ducks to hide from parrot lovers).

A bluer blue is almost identical to ingenue blue, but with sparkles in it. It is a beautiful colour.

i tried freshwater and blue absithe together and it came close to parrot also..

I swatched Ingenue Blue and Parrot once and at least on me, the Ingenue Blue is the matte version of Parrot....same exact shade but no frost. If Bluer Blue is the same shade of IB but with some sparkle...there you go! Just need to add that frost!

You know, someone should invent a clear base that can turn a matte shadow into frost if you use it wet....use the frosty liquid base to mix with a matte eyeshadow and apply to make it a frost. They have the glosses for the longwear lipcolor that are either just clear or clear with frost/sparkle....why not something for the eyeshadow?

Eyeshadow base/mixing medium with frost. Let's sit back & see if anyone comes up with it in the near future!
