blue eye shade suggestions...

My lil sister's birthday is coming up and i want to get her some eye shadows.. she has blue eyes, and i don't, so i really don't know which shades to try, any suggestions with the name of the color i'd greatly appreciate..I'm going to get her 4 colors for a quad. Thank you!!

Orange looks beautiful with blue eyes, but as it's a hard shade to wear, maybe stick with others...I'm sure purples would look awesome on her: Parfait Amour, Leisuretime, Beautiful Iris...what is her skin color?

Its very very fair. She has light/medium blonde hair.
