Blue-Grey Eyeliner Recs

Hey there (first post...gah) I was wondering if anyone would recommend and good blue/grey eyeliner for my mum...she has Prussian but wants something a little lighter.

Are you looking for pencil form only? I use NARS Thunderball eyeshadow as a liner, and adore it. It is a very deep, inky blue charcoal. Loads of pigment, it's a staple for me.
