Bell Bottom Blue is seriously my favorite pigment... It's so sparkle-y and pretty, that I really didn't need to add the extra glitter...Buuut I did anyway

How do you apply the H.I.P cream liner? I tried a small nylon brush, a Q-tip, my pinkie (boy, that didn´t work out). That stuff just dries so damn fast, it´s hard to spread too

It spread very easily with my index finger. I've used all the colors (except black) as a base and I've found them to be very comparable to the consistency of paint pots. They smell exactly the same too!
Now, when I do it, I swirl my finger around and around for a second so maybe that's whats warming it up and making it spread easier. For some reason, the black and purple are a lot gooey-er than the blue, teal, and brown...hmmm.
