I have no idea... I think its only recently become more mainstream here, its only in the larger Superdrug stores. I think I read it was in a lot of afro-caribbean beauty supply stores before. For £4.49 you get 12 gorgeous colours! I wanna get the two other palettes. Look how lovely it is!!

Gorgeous! I love the Sleek palettes, I haven't seen the Jewel one before though. Right now the Storm palette is my favourite. The second from the left on the first row is a near dupe for MAC "Nylon".
