Hi girls! *HUGS* I'm very happy today because I got some great gifts. First, I got the two coats mentioned in this thread! Second, Shawna sent me some MAC pigment samples!
So for this FOTD, I tried MAC "Parrot" (actually a mix of three pigments that apparently looks like Parrot) and Violet pigments, with some Maybelline Lilac shadow as a highlight. The Parrot was so bold! I was really surprised. This made it sorta hard to blend with the much lighter Lilac. I also used my new DUO clear lash glue that I got from the MAC store the other week, to attach my Sephora lashes. Now that I have clear lash glue, I want to start wearing fake lashes more often. It's good because I need more practice! Overall, my eyes may be a bit too dramatic this time! Such a change from my last neutral eyes FOTD. But I figured instead of washing off the Parrot I'd see what you all think. I thought less dramatic lips might help the eyes, but the Clinique Whisper lipgloss I applied over Maybelline Lilac Lick lipstick had its tip stained from the Raven Red lipstick I've been using more lately! So the lips came out more colorful than I intended. I didn't do anything to my hair today. haha I want to get it professionally styled and colored soon.
Here's my new rose corduroy jacket from Bloomingdales. My smile's really stupid and I'm looking somewhere else.
It's harder than I thought to take pics in a mirror without blocking my face. You'll notice too that I'm wearing my fake breasts (bags of rice wrapped in socks)from the Christmas party. Nikki gave me them the other day. I'm really nervous/shy about them though, so I dunno about wearing them in public. Maybe I'll write a thread about the subject in the Deep Thoughts Chatter board if I feel more comfortable. Would that be too weird?
And here's my black smocked jacket from Kenneth Cole. I like my smile better in this pic.
