Hi Everyone, my name is Andrea and I just discovered this forum yesterday and I couldn't stop reading through all of the posts! I stumbled upon it while looking up some information on working for MAC and I am so glad I found it!
I currently work for Bare Escentuals and love the company and the line, but am looking to broaden my horizons. I love doing wild, dramatic looks with makeup, and a lot of BE clients prefer low-key, "natural" looks. It's really hard to develop better artistry skills on people who are still timid about using makeup (which it seems a lot of my clients are).
The first time I found MAC, I was in love. I've collected a pretty fair amount of product over the years and love welcoming new additions to my obsession! MAC is a FUN line and I truly hope I'll get a chance to work for them in the future.
Aside from makeup, I am a novice cake decorator and I also have a "day job" selling signs. I love to cook, entertain, play video games, spend time with my friends and husband, and love to "play" with my four lazy cats!
