Brush 174 and others...

Ok I searched for it, and the only thing that came up was mostly people that have them in their collection...

I want to know is the 174 worth it? I mean even with my PRO discount its $42.60 For those of you that have it can you live without it? Is there another bush that can take its place... is it your hg brush etc... I want your opinions on it...

Also the 136 and 150 Do I need both? If not wich one would you recomend?

and last but not least should I get two 187's? I ask this because I may use it for msf's and cream products, and I was thinking I might need 2 of them since ill be using 2 diffrent types of product with it...

THE 174 IS AWESOME!!! i would get that and the 136 but the 150 and 174 are similar in fluffiness etc.. one is just angled. the 136 is perfect for loose powders... if you don't have loose powders you don't really *need* the 136. IMHO. i had two 187's.. one for liquid foundations and one for MSF's. i ended up taking one back and getting a 109 instead which works super great with liquid foundations. and now i have more variety in brushes. :]

awesome thanks I appreciate it! I use alot of loose powder (I use BE for foundation mostly) Ill Probably go with your advice and get the 174, 136, 187, and the 109 (I was going to get it anyway

Can you please post your opinions on them after you get them? I was thinking about getting the 174 too, but the price has been keeping me away from it since it's not as popular as the 187.

I lucked out and found the 176 at a CCO - and I LOVE it! I use it with blush and bronzer and the angle creates instant killer cheekbones. I also love the 109 for specific placement of blush.

thats what I think ill like it for... Its stated as being a powder brush but the angle makes me want to use it for blush or bronzer well have to see when I get it though

Have you considered getting the 182 brush for powder (BE) this seems to be the HG for the majority of members im buying one today.

I was also considering getting the 174.. thanx airrinleah you have convinced me now.

for me two 187s are essential because i use them for diff. things...i use one for liquid foundation and the the other for powder products...even three would help, since i love it so much (and you can use that brush for anything face-related!), and then i could have one for foundation, powder, and blush
